fun night out

Nov 15, 2008 Published under entertainment, life in Valencia

Last night I went out with two of my co-students, Nils and Kai, both from Germany. We met at Plaza de Tossal in Carmen, one of the main nightlife districts, and first went to the Chill Out Lounge, a nice little bar with low seats and pillows and great music. A lot of locals go there and within no time we were talking to some Spanish guys.

Kai wanted to go to La Claca, a theater cafe opposite our school, but before we went there we decided to go to Blau a bar closer by with very good music and reasonable prices. Blau was packed and they had a DJ too, so we stayed there longer and longer.

Then Kai ran into some friends, Carolina and Gianni from Uruguay and they invited us to join them on a day trip out to the countryside on Sunday. They gave us no other details, just that we had to be at the train station at 11am and of course we said yes!

After we had a so-called botellón, a few beers on Plaza del Virgen and went home at around 5. Looking forward to the day trip with unknown destination tomorrow!
