After a bit of searching the net, I found a theme that (for now) fits my wishes: vSlider. It’s clean, subtle and it has quite a bit of possibilities to customize and what not.
Another feature is that you can slide the posts up and down (hence the name; v stands for vertical). If you click on the tilted oval in the title bar of each of the posts, it moves up and only shows the title.
It comes standard with a header picture of the “Deltawerken“, funny.
Will work on it to tweak it here and there to my wishes during the next couple of days.
